Delete your We Care account

1. Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open the We Care app on iOS or Android.
2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
3. Go to Profile (gear on Tracking, or Settings on Services).
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
5. Confirm. This permanently deletes the account and cannot be undone.

2. Request deletion by email

If you cannot open the app, email us from the address on the account:

business@happypoint.me

Use the subject line Account deletion request and include the email address of the We Care account. We will process the request and confirm by email.

3. What we delete

When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal data associated with that account, including:

• Account email, display name, and profile details
• Health and tracking logs (meals, weight, sleep, mood, activity)
• Meal photos and voice recordings submitted for AI analysis
• Community posts, group membership, and Care Points tied to the account
• App analytics identifiers linked to your user ID

Personal data is removed or anonymized within 30 days, except where longer retention is required by law (for example shop orders and tax records). Google Play or Apple subscription billing is managed by the store; cancel a paid plan in the store before or after deleting the app account.
